Gene J. Bishop Jr., of Easton, President of Mark-It Rubber Stamp & Label Co., Inc., passed away on Thursday, March 10, 2005, at his home. Born in Springfield, Mass., he resided for many years in Stratford, prior to becoming an Easton resident. He was a graduate of Fairfield College Preparatory School (1961) and Boston College (1965), and served in the National Guard. Survivors include his beloved wife Mary Ulman Bishop of Easton; a son, Jeffrey Bishop of Southbury; his mother Cosette Bishop of Orange; a sister, Jacqueline Aspinwall of Stratford; and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father, Gene J. Bishop Sr.; and a sister, Judith Bishop.
