Daniel (Danny) Dennis, Sr., age 67, of Quincy, Mass., passed away peacefully on February 4, 2010 with his family by his side at home. Born in Bridgeport, on October 23, 1942 to the late Adgie and Bertha Dennis. He was predeceased by his brother, John Dennis. He attended the Bridgeport School system starting with Wheeler and Waltersville grammar schools, graduated from Warren Harding High School (Class of 1960), University of Bridgeport, and received his MBA from Harvard University. He founded the Daniel Dennis and Company LLP, ACPA Firm in Boston MA. He was a peaceful and dedicated individual. Daniel is survived by his wife, Mary Fernandes Dennis (Lincoln School 1956, Harding 1960); sons, Daniel Jr., Robert and Langdon Dennis; his brothers, Adgie Jr., Robert (Mary), Rodney (Jan) Dennis; his sisters, Annie McCann (Joseph), Julie Samuels, Linda Bultron (Sebastian), Izeta McIntosh, Erline Dennis and Deborah Dennis; several uncles, nephews, nieces and cousins. Visitation was held at 12th Baptist Church, 160 Warren St., Roxbury, MA followed by church services. Burial took place at Forest Hill Cemetery in Jamaica Plains, MA.
