Robert E. Kullberg, of 1125 Holly Ave, Imperial Beach, CA, husband of Jerinel Kullberg, was born in Bridgeport, December 17, 1943 to Frank and Emily Kullberg, passed into eternal rest on April 28, 2007. He served his country for 20 years with the U.S. Navy Seabees serving on active duty in Operation Desert Storm Shield from 1990 to 1991. He was a member of the Seabee Retired Association, a 33 year heavy equipment operator for the County of San Diego and a member and officer of San Diego Fuchsias Society. He is survived by his brothers and sisters, Richard Kullberg, Frank Kullberg, June Andreyko and Patty Brothers; seven children; 12 grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held in United Methodist Church, Main Street, Stratford on Friday, July 20 at 11 a.m.
