William A. Tvardzik, age 60, of
Milford, passed away on Tuesday, September 28, 2004, at Connecticut
Hospice Branford. Mr. Tvardzik, a fleet manager for Tarala Electric Co. of
Norwalk. Born in Bridgeport to Anne Semanchik Tvardzik of Trumbull, and
the late Andrew Tvardzik, and had been a lifelong area resident and was
formerly employed by Remington Arms and was a Newtown Police officer for
12 years. Survivors in addition to his mother, are his son, Thomas
Tvardzik and his wife, Carrie, of The Colony, Texas; his former wife and
best friend, Betty Meresko Tvardzik of Trumbull; his brother, Robert
Tvardzik and his wife, Denise of Trumbull; a grandson, Andrew Tvardzik;
and his brothers, Chase and Travis Kitchens; two nephews, Timothy and
Brian Tvardzik; one aunt, Helen Karabinos of Fairfield; and several
cousins. Funeral services will take place on Friday October 1, at 9:15
a.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford, and at
10 a.m. in St. Theresa's Church Trumbull for a Mass of Christian Burial.
Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery Stratford. Friends may call on
Thursday from 4 to 7 p.m. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may
